AURUM INTER | Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment to Quality  
Each AURUM INTER piece is crafted to exacting standards. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a full refund.

Should a return be required due to a manufacturing fault, AURUM INTER will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges  
For non-faulty items, we do not offer monetary refunds. We do welcome exchanges within 7 days of delivery. 

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and packaging undamaged.

Please note: Final Sale and promotional pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange. All clearance sales are final.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Submitting a Return or Exchange Request

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders that have been delivered.

Sign in to your AURUM INTER account to view your order history.
Select "Return" beside the relevant order.
Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and provide the requested details.
Review & accept our Return Policy, then select Next.
Confirm your request. You’ll see a summary of your selections before submitting.

Once your request is received, our Client Services team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm next steps and available options.
