Processing Time  
Each order is carefully prepared by our atelier. Orders placed before 12:00 SAST, Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes  
South Africa: 1–4 working days from dispatch via our trusted courier partners.  

Metropolitan areas such as Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Durban typically receive parcels within 1–2 working days. Regional and outlying areas: 2–4 working days.  

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence once your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees  
3.1 Complimentary Shipping on all orders over R1,500 within South Africa.  
3.2 Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate for orders under R1,500.  
3.3 Fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking  
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may follow your parcel’s journey via your AURUM INTER account or the courier’s tracking portal.

Delivery Details  
6.1 A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery procedure.  
6.2 Please ensure your delivery address is correct. AURUM INTER is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect details provided at checkout.  
6.3 P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Delays & Exceptions  
While we endeavour to meet our 1–4 day commitment, factors such as adverse weather, public holidays, courier delays, or incorrect addresses may impact delivery times. Should a delay occur, our Client Services team will contact you directly.
