Welcome to AURUM INTER. By accessing or purchasing from http://auruminter.co.za, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

General
1.1 AURUM INTER (“we”, “us”) operates this online atelier.  
1.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the site.  
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect once posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility & Account
2.1 You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to purchase.  
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.  
2.3 Provide accurate information. We may refuse service or cancel orders for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Products & Orders
3.1 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.  
3.2 Colors and finishes are rendered as accurately as digital displays allow. Slight variation may occur.  
3.3 Pricing is in ZAR and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Errors may be corrected and orders cancelled if a product is mispriced.  
3.4 Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. AURUM INTER is not liable for courier delays.  
4.2 Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier.  
4.3 Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the client’s responsibility.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds  
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. In summary:  
5.1 Manufacturing defects: Full refund + we cover return shipping.  
5.2 Non-faulty items: Exchange only, within 30 days, unworn, original packaging.  
5.3 Final Sale items: Not eligible for refund or exchange.

Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this site — designs, logos, copy, imagery — is owned by AURUM INTER and protected by SA and international law.  
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

User Conduct
7.1 You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security features.  
7.2 Reviews and communications must be lawful and respectful. We may remove content at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURUM INTER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or the site.  
8.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.  
8.3 Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or where prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Privacy
9.1 Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with POPIA.  
9.2 By purchasing, you consent to processing of personal information to fulfill your order.
